* Showcase horses trained by Wyoming Honor Farm in Riverton, Wyoming, and Mantle Wild Horse  Training Facility in Wheatland, Wyoming.

August 13-18      10 am – 6 pm

  • Ten gentled yearlings available for adoption
    at the BLM booth

Friday, August 17      8:30 am – 5:00 pm

  • Opening ceremonies by the U.S. Marine Mounted Color Guard
  • Wyoming Mustang Days All Wild Horse Show open to the public
  • Halter, lead line, team sorting, youth boot race, “100 Years of Western Cow Handling”
  • Classes for all riders and horses
  • Saddles awarded to high point winners of Junior and Senior Divisions

Saturday, August 18     2 pm - 5 pm

  • Opening ceremonies by the U.S. Marine Mounted Color Guard
  • Trainer Competition Showcase & Wild Horse Adoption
  • Competition of 10 saddle-started wild horses by Wyoming trainers  *
  • Competition horses will be available for adoption, by oral bid, at 4:30 pm (verbal competitive bid)
    • Open for public viewing of yearlings offered
    • BLM officials will be on hand to approve adoption applications and answer questions
