Illinois 4th Graders Go Wild for Mustangs!

Thank you from Aviston Elementary 4th graders

In November, the Cody Enterprise had an article about a 4th grade class from Aviston, Illinois wanting to receive information about different areas of the United States. This was part of a project being done to learn about the characteristic environments, climates, resources, and highlights found around the U.S.

FOAL put together a package for them including postcards, brochures, and copies of the fall 2016 newsletter, topping it off with a letter encouraging them to visit our website and to come visit the wild horses of McCullough Peaks.

We received an enthusiastic letter back from them including pictures of students holding our brochures, newsletters and postcards, complete with a hand-written letter from Noah Koch and Dixie Ottenschmieder comparing our region with their own. It was a joy to hear from them and to have their class as new friends!
